The Rental Car Facility project at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) involved the construction of a five-level parking structure and a quick turn-around area. The parking structure provides space for nearly 4,000 autos, as well as office space and a common lobby area for multiple rental car agencies. The quick turn-around area houses the rental car washing and maintenance facilities. The Rental Car Facility also houses a stop for the airport people mover system.

Services Provided: The Allen Group provided a full range of services through all phases of the project, including: programming, design and constructability reviews; scheduling and cost control; bidding and procurement; project controls; quality control/assurance; monitoring construction progress and schedules; evaluating progress payments; preparing reports; change management; monitoring safety programs; preparing punchlists; and overseeing start-up and closeout.
