SFO West Field Cargo Facility Redevelopment

The West Field Cargo Facility Redevelopment project at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) replaced the existing West Field Cargo Building with a new LEED® Gold, state-of-the-art cargo facility that has both warehouse and integrated office space (a total gross building area of 65,000 square feet), new utility infrastructure, and aircraft parking. The project also involved improving the aircraft apron and permanent fencing around the Airport Operations Area. The project realized SFO’s vision for developing a green, sustainable cargo facility that provides easily scalable infrastructure (i.e., power, data, HVAC, office space, cargo floor space, and loading dock doors and space) to suit each tenant’s needs.
