The Airport has a series of cargo buildings at the end of their useful life. The Cargo Building 626.1 Project at San Francisco International Airport is a Design-Build with an Integrated Project Delivery method for the construction of a new two-story air cargo facility and five-story office building with a total area of approximately 300,000 sqf. The warehouse portion of the building will include around 135,000 sqf on Level 1 and 119,000 sqf on Level 2 each with a clear height of 28′, inclusive of the area which accommodates the storage systems and material handling equipment. The 5-story office building is 75,000 sqf. The facility provides landside maneuvering for 28 trucks from West Field Road.

Services Provided: TAG is delivering comprehensive construction management services, including stakeholder coordination, program management, constructability and structural reviews, sustainability oversight, scheduling and cost control, contract packaging, quality assurance, and design oversight. The team also tracks construction progress and schedules, reviews payment applications, manages change orders, prepares daily reports, monitors safety compliance, and coordinates project activation and closeout.
