Built in Folsom’s Historic Railroad Block District, the parking structure was designed to reflect the neighborhood’s origins in the 19th century. Its architectural features include a clock tower, a brick façade, and ironwork. This four-level, structure provides parking for 315 automobiles, special motorcycle and bicycle parking, and a public space that includes public restrooms and 4,000 square feet of retail shop space.

Services Provided: The Allen Group provided project and construction management services, with responsibilities for processing and managing Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, contract modifications, and change orders; conducting weekly construction progress meetings and coordinating with city personnel to provide timely inspections; reviewing progress payments and recommendations for approval; and development and completion of project punchlists.
