The Water System Improvement Program (WSIP) entailed more than 80 projects spanning seven counties. Comprehensive upgrades included the construction, repair, and/or improvement of all aspects of the water system, ranging from dams, reservoirs, pipelines, and tunnels, to treatment facilities, pump stations, and water storage tanks.

Services Provided: As a member of the program management team, The Allen Group provided support services, including: construction safety managers; WSIP branding and website development; and development of a small business outreach program curriculum to encourage participation and involve small, local businesses in the many opportunities afforded by the program.
