Title: Project Controls Manager – Subcontractor Review
Responsibilities
Use knowledge of Constructing Initial Basic Feasible Solution (IBF) to provide Quantitative Reconciliation and Cost Modeling: review and compare contractor estimate against PMSS internal cost models. Use knowledge of BIM-Based 4D Modeling and Scheduling to make Subcontractor Trade Package Evaluations by reviewing subcontractor trade packages to verify technical scope, pricing inclusions/exclusions, and assumptions. Use knowledge of Linear Programming (LPP), Tableau, and Monte Carlo to prepare commission packages requesting project fund release for trade awards. Use Accounting Practice with Statistics and Indexing to make GMP Analysis and Commercial Negotiation PMSS Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) workups. Use knowledge of Changes and Extra Work, Claims and Disputes to provide Entitlement Verification and Change Control reviewing contractor and CM change order requests. Use knowledge of CPM and Gantt Charts to perform technical verification of project schedules to ensure logical integrity, proper sequencing, and float accuracy.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field;
  • Knowledge of Constructing Initial Basic Feasible Solution (IBF);
  • Knowledge of BIM-Based 4D Modeling and Scheduling;
  • Knowledge of LPP, Tableau, and Monte Carlo;
  • Knowledge of Accounting Practice with Statistics and Indexing;
  • Knowledge of Changes and Extra Work, Claims and Disputes; and
  • Knowledge of CPM and Gantt Charts.
