Project Description: San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) – Potrero Yard Modernization  Project will replace an obsolete, century-old bus yard with a modern, three-story, efficient bus maintenance and storage facility, equipped to serve the SFMTA as it transitions to an all-electric fleet. The project will also result in over 500 units of affordable housing and multiple opportunities for commercial retail and concessions.

The Potrero Neighborhood Collective, LLC (PNC) is serving as the lead developer for the project’s predevelopment agreement. The PNC team is led by Plenary Americas US Holdings, Inc. PNC also includes San Francisco affordable housing developers Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), Young Community Developers (YCD), Tabernacle Community Development Corporation (TCDC), as well as design Consultant Arcadis IBI Group and its design subconsultant Y.A. Studio.

Plant Construction Company, L.P.; infrastructure facility management consultant WT Partnership; and The Allen Group are providing preconstruction services.

• Budget review and estimates of bus yard elements
• Construction schedule review and estimates
• RFQ/RFP and bid evaluation and award process
