Project Description: An estimated $379 million, 13-tmile new bus rapid transit (BRT) alignment with 29 stations and procurement of 15 hydrogen fuel cell buses. This new alignment adds to the existing Maryland Parkway Bus Route 109 service.

Services Provided: The PMOP JV is providing a variety of services, including:

• Ensuring the project follows the grant agreement terms and conditions
• Conducting quarterly meetings
• Communicating with the project team to gain insight into the current project status and reporting findings
• Developing Implementation Plans and fulfilling Operating Procedure (OP) requirements
• Developing a ‘Roadmap to Certification’ tool
• Providing guidance on civil site design and construction activities for the O&M and track slab
