Projects that fell under the SFMTA As-Needed Services contract included the K-Line Ocean Avenue Reconstruction and Improvement Project, No. 1 California and No. 4 Sutter Trolley Overhead Reconstruction Project, and the N, L, and J Line Rail Replacement projects.

Services Provided: The Allen Group provided a variety of community relations services in support of these projects, including: development of strategic community outreach plans and consensus-building processes; facilitation of public meetings; creation of public information materials (e.g., construction notifications, project updates, newsletter, etc.); and outreach efforts targeting diverse interest groups, impacted community members, and Muni patrons. The Allen Group also developed materials for crisis communications and media relations programs for the projects.
