The Long Term Parking Garage No. 2 project added a new six-story, 1.1-million-square-foot parking structure with approximately 3,600 parking spaces and 5,000 square feet for amenities. The technologically innovative facility includes an Automated Parking Guidance System, infrastructure for 20% electric vehicle charging, and dynamic signage. The garage is a certified green Parksmart garage and achieves net-zero energy consumption via the use of photovoltaic panels, potentially non-potable water in the concrete mix, and other sustainability features.
