The project involved construction of an enclosed, elevated bridge spanning across the departures-level roadway from the AirTrain station to Terminal 1 (T1) at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). To accommodate this, it also entailed development of a new mezzanine level inside the terminal with two elevators and three escalators from the bridge to the ticketing level.

Services Provided: The Allen Group worked closely with airport staff to oversee the planning and coordination of the project, including: programming, design and constructability reviews; scheduling and cost control; bidding and procurement support; project controls; quality control/quality assurance; monitoring construction progress and schedules; evaluating progress payments; preparing reports; change management; monitoring safety programs; and coordinating activation and closeout.
