This $240M progressive design-build project at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will result in a new above-ground multi-level employee parking structure at 675 West Field Road, providing more than 1,000 parking spaces for SFO staff. The project also involves the construction of a new pedestrian bridge from admin building to new garage and demolition of Building 676 and 660 for construction of three remain overnight (RON) aircraft parking spots. The garage will utilize sustainable low-carbon concrete and achieve PARKSMART sustainability certifications. The garage will be equipped with electric charges and infrastructure for installations of complete EV charging capacities to meet future demand.

Services Provided: TAG serves as part of a joint venture and is providing a full range of construction management services, including stakeholder engagement process coordination; programming management; constructability reviews; structural peer reviews; sustainability oversight; scheduling and cost control; contract packaging; quality control/quality assurance; and design oversight. The team monitors construction progress and schedules; evaluates progress payments; oversees change order management; prepares daily reports; monitors safety programs; and will coordinate project activation and closeout.
