Yerba Buena Gardens consists of 87 acres around or adjacent to the Moscone Convention Center North and South, the Center for the Arts, six hotels, 1,800 residential units, retail and commercial space, and a cultural center. The gardens expansion involved development of a 25-acre park designed to flow to the various locations, and included the Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial and waterfall, as well as a fountain, terrace, and a wide variety of views, points of interest, and artwork.

Services Provided: The Allen Group provided a full range of construction management services for the project, including monitoring the general contractor’s daily requests and engineering services, reviewing submittals and Requests for Information, processing change orders, and cost control.
